shakedra harris
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Sha-kedra Harris is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master’s in Social Work in 2013. In 2016, she obtained Clinical licensure through the Georgia Professional Composite Board. She is currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University pursuing a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology, with current classes focused solely on the dissertation process. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Techniques, Evidence-Based Techniques, Group Therapy, Substance Abuse, Marriage and Crisis Counseling Interventions. Shakedra also holds credentialing of Board Certified Diplomate (BCD), Clinical Military Counseling (CMCC), Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW), and Georgia School Social Work. She is also a member of The National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
While Sennica and Shakedra operate Guiding Light together, Shakedra is the Clinical and Counseling Director at Guiding Light Holistic Care and Counseling.

sennica harris
Business Administrative Specialist
Sennica Harris is an experienced Retail/Administrative worker with solid communication, organizational, customer service, and leadership skills. He has the experience to manage the fiscal budget, supply management, and cash control with a high level of integrity, urgency, and responsibility and within the organization's best interests. He is currently enrolled at Liberty University pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, an Associate's Degree in General Business, a College Diploma in Business and Office Technology, Technical Certificate of Credit in Business Computer Applications, Business Office Assistance, and Word Process and a Certificate of Behavioral Interviewing.
While Sennica and Shakedra operate Guiding Light Holistic Care and Counseling together, Sennica is the business operations and logistics manager.

brenetta butts
Mrs. Brenetta Butts has a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology from Georgia Southwestern State University. Mrs. Butts is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS II) and has been for the past two years. Mrs. Butts is currently enrolled at Walden University, obtaining her Masters of Science Degree in Marriage Couple and Family Counseling. Mrs. Butts is presently a substance abuse counselor with Spectrum Health Systems, working with incarcerated women within a 9-month Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) program.
akeem roberts
Mr. Akeem Roberts is originally from Sylvania, Ga, and now lives in Warner Robins, GA. He is currently a Juvenile Detention Counselor with the Department of Juvenile Justice with previous work experience as a Juvenile Probation Officer and Substance Abuse Counselor. Akeem received his Bachelors of Science from Valdosta State University and is currently attending Walden University pursuing his Masters in Social Work. He truly believes that "He didn't choose this field, but this field chose him."
trevion burks
Mr. Trevion J. Burks is a native of the historic city of Cuthbert, Georgia. He is a proud graduated of Randolph Clay High School. Burks earned his Master's in Clinical Mental Health and Bachelor's in Business Administration from Fort Valley State University. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. He is also has certified in Group counseling. His favorite quote is "You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you" by John Bunyan.

de'angelo thomas
De'Angelo Thomas is from Vienna, Ga, where he graduated from Dooly County High School. He attended Georgia Southwestern State University and graduated in December of 2020 with a Bachelors's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. He is also a member of the Mu Delta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, where he served as Vice President. Furthering his education, he now attends Walden University achieving a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while working at The Department of Juvenile Justice.
